Timmy Irene Wright

Funeral services for Timmy Irene Wright, 67, of Chariton will be held Monday, December 28, 2020 at 2:00 p.m. at the Pierschbacher Funeral Home in Chariton. Visitation will be held at 12:30 p.m. prior to the service at Pierschbacher Funeral Home in Chariton. Burial will follow in Mt. Zion Cemetery in Oakley, Iowa. Memorials may be made to the family. Per Iowa corona virus guidelines, facemasks are required at all services. Timmy Irene was born on April 20, 1953 in Des Moines, Iowa to William and Margaret (Crooks) Krutsinger. She was raised in Oakley. She attended Chariton High School. After school, Timmy married Terrance Hayes and to this union, they were blessed with two daughters: Brandy and Rita. She was fortunate to find love again with Ed Dooley, her fiancé. She welcomed three children, Nathaniel Dooley, Scott Akers, and Jennifer Vore to complete their family. Timmy did many waitressing jobs throughout her life. Her most important role was a homemaker, taking care of her children and grandchildren. She absolutely loved being a grandmother, she was more like a best friend to them than a grandmother. They all had such a special bond with her. She enjoyed going fishing and camping. She made the best pumpkin pie. She was a loving and protective mother to her children and they cherished her. She will be greatly missed by her fiancé Ed Dooley; children: Brandy Petro (Josh Petro), Rita (Sherry) Johnson, Nathaniel (Cheryl) Dooley, Scott (Shirley) Akers, and Jennifer (Rob) Vore: 18 grandchildren: Abigail (Chris) Rivet, Kyle (Sarah) Wright, Rebecca Johnston, Maggie Wright, Blake Wright, Johnathon Petro, Emily Petro, Jeremiah (Kelly) Whitney, Courtney Whitney, Wesley Barber, Whitney Barber (Michael), Allyson Barber, Andrew Barber, Brandon Dooley, Austin Taylor, Ava Akers, Jacob White and Jasmine White; 7 great grandchildren and one on the way: Jocelyn, Bentley, Nova, Isaiah, Maddison, Isaiah, and Aliana; sister Judy (Lavern) Larrington and several nieces and nephews. Timmy was adopted by many as a mom and grandma. Preceding her in death were her parents: William and Margaret Krutsinger; three brothers: Mert, Wayne, and Robert; and two nephews: Bill and Kevin.
