Theresa Campbell

Theresa Campbell of Albia, Iowa passed away at the age of 88 at her home Wednesday, December 27, 2006. Theresa was born in Tyrone, Iowa August 23, 1918 to Robert and Madge (Watkins) Wilson. She married Tom Campbell December 20, 1941 in Albia, Iowa. Theresa graduated from Albia High School, class of 1936. She attended Thomson?s Beauty School in Des Moines and worked as a beauty operator for 25 years. She was a member of Saint Mary?s Catholic Church, and the Alter and Rosary Society. Theresa is survived by her children, Tom (Jan) Campbell of Green Bay, Wisconsin, Linda (Bob) Teno of Melrose, Iowa, Bill (Diane) Campbell of Chariton, Iowa, Connie Campbell of Albia, Iowa. Seven grandchildren Tommy (Andrea) Campbell of O?Fallon, Mo., Susie (Tom) Tousey of Minneapolis, Minn., John Campbell of Prauge, Steve (Stacy) Davis of Chariton, Iowa, Brian (Kristie) Davis of Indianola, Iowa, Cindy (Nick) Chavez of Franklin, Tenn., J.D. (Sara) Campbell of Norwalk, Iowa; ten great grandchildren and one sister, Irene Dailey of Burlington Iowa also survive Theresa in death. Theresa was preceded in death by her husband, Tom; Parents, Madge and Robert, and also her brother, Bob. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 A.M., Saturday, December 30, 2006 at St. Mary?s Catholic Church in Albia with Rev. William Walter C.PP.S. Officiating. Burial will follow services at St. Mary?s Cemetery in Albia. Visitation will begin after 11:00 A.M., Friday, December 29, 2006 at the Winfield Funeral Home in Albia, with the family present from 6-8 P.M. There will also be an Altar and Rosary at 4:00 P.M. and a Christian Wake Service at 7:00 P.M. Friday evening. Casketbearers will be: Tommy Campbell, Susie Tousey, John Campbell, Steve Davis, Brian Davis, Cindy Chavez, and J.D. Campbell. Honorary Casketbearers will be: Jan Summers, Missy Winfield, Teresa Robinson, Donna Scieszinski, Cleon Cap, Virgene Starcevic, Kathy Campbell, and Mary Jurgensen. Memorials may be made to St. Mary?s Cemetery or St. Mary?s Catholic Church both of Albia.
