Michael Allgreen

Michael T. Allgreen, age 41, of Savannah, GA formerly of Albia, IA, beloved son of Andrea Jones Algreen and Dick Algreen, died Sunday morning, January 22, 2006, at Memorial Health University Medical Center. His body has been cremated. Michael was born in Phoenix, Arizona. He attended Wentworth Military Academy and was a United States Army veteran. Surviving are his mother, Andrea Jones Algreen of Savannah, GA; his father, Dick Keith Algreen and wife Doris of Albia, IA; one sister, Michelle Jurczyk and her husband, Jeff of Lake Tahoe, Nevada, and two brothers, Zane Algreen of Albia, IA, and Jason Algreen of Saannah, GA. Memorial services will be held Saturday, February 11, at 2:00 p.m. at the Winfield Funeral Home in Albia with visitation one hour prior to service. Burial will be at Eslinger Cemetery southeast of Albia. Officiating will be Rev. Kevin Levek. Memorials have been established to Hospice of Monroe County.
