Maybelle Null

Maybelle Null, a loving and caring individual who held her family close to her heart, passed away on November 1, 2023, at Westridge Specialty Care. Maybelle was born on November 3, 1940, and lived a life filled with love and devotion to her family.

Maybelle was an exceptional woman who found joy in simple pleasures. She enjoyed cooking for her family and friends, creating delicious meals that brought everyone together. Her cooking skills were admired by all who had the privilege of tasting her creations. Maybelle had an amazing quilting talent; she meticulously pieced together beautiful quilts that served as treasured keepsakes for loved ones. Fishing and watching westerns were also hobbies that brought her immense joy and relaxation. 

Maybelle is survived by seven children who will continue to carry on her legacy; Joyce Clarke (Brian Rice), Mary "Jeannie" Benton (Roger), Barbara Lankford, Lisa Beaman (Dan), Christie Hill, James Null, and Jesse Wilson (Kyle); sisters, Rita Miller, Velma Shaw, and Rosie Ritcher; 32 grandchildren, 52 great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild.

She was preceded in death by her parents, William and Viola (Mowry) Watson; daughter, Jane Dabb; son, Curtis "Simon" Null II; and a son in-law, Thomas Leroy Clarke Jr.

Maybelle will be dearly missed by all those who were fortunate enough to have known her. Her genuine care, loving personality, and nurturing spirit will forever remain in the hearts of her family and friends. Her caring nature extended beyond immediate family members. Her warm embrace touched the lives of many individuals throughout her journey. Her kind heart and selflessness earned the admiration and love of those fortunate enough to know her.
