Kenneth Wayne Little

Kenneth Wayne Little of Altoona, Iowa, passed away on Tuesday, October 31, 2023, at Mercy Hospital in Des Moines.

Visitation for Kenneth will be held on Friday, November 3, 2023, from 2:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. at the Pierschbacher Funeral Home in Knoxville. A funeral service will follow at 3:00 p.m., also at the funeral home. Memorials may be given to the Marion County Humane Society in Kenneth’s name. Kenneth was born on March 27, 1945, to Elmer and Agnes Little. He graduated from Twin Cedars High School in 1963.

Kenneth was united in marriage to Jeanie Pricket in 1997. He worked for Laborers’ Local 177 for many years before retiring. Kenneth was a longtime member of the Concrete Cruizer’s Car Club and was proud of his 1956 Ford (his favorite), and 1956 Victoria. He also loved his dogs and telling jokes. Kenneth was an avid Nascar fan and a dedicated viewer of The Young and the Restless.

Kenneth is survived by one brother, Donald (Joan) Little of Monroe; two daughters, Vickie (Todd) Stewart of Bondurant; and Mary (Mark) Howe of Bondurant; two stepchildren, Julie (Ben) Meadows of Australia, and Jason (Kim) Stewart of Michigan. Kenneth is also survived by several grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.

Kenneth is preceded in death by his wife, Jeanie; parents, Sam and Agnes Little; brother, Raymond Little; and sister, Darlene Mason.
