Harold V. Rule, age 80, of Albia, Iowa died Wednesday, February 8, 2006 at Oakwood Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Albia. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 A.M. Tuesday, February 14, 2006 at the Winfield Funeral Home in Albia with Minister Brian Harris officiating. Burial will be Wednesday, February 15, 2006 in Dows City Cemetery in Dows City, IA. Visitation will be Tuesday, February 14, 2006 at the Winfield Funeral Home, beginning at 9:00 A.M., until time of service.
