Donald Stuart Lee was born to John R. Lee and Louise M. Lee in Williamson, Iowa on May 6, 1940. Don passed away in Chariton, Iowa on June 17, 2022.
Don graduated from high school in Chariton and college in Kirksville, Missouri. After college, he entered into the Property/Casualty Insurance business working in Springfield, Illinois, South Bend, Indiana and Lansing, Michigan. He returned to Chariton in 1977 to partner with Joe Levis in the Levis Insurance Agency.
Don was preceded in death by his parents, John R. Lee and Louise M. Lee; brother, Robert G. Lee; and two infant sisters, Mary and Carol.
Per Don’s wishes, no services are planned. Interment will be at the Chariton Cemetery.
