Clifford Louis Terrell

Clifford Louis Terrell, age 81, of Knoxville, Iowa, passed away on August 24, 2021 at his residence.
Clifford was born on February 20, 1940 in Grinnell, Iowa, the son of Walter and Francis (Loney) Terrell. Clifford graduated from Grinnell High School. He joined the United States Marine Corp and proudly served his country, Clifford was awarded 2 purple hearts during his service. Following his time in the service, he was employed at the V.A. Medical Center in Knoxville until his retirement.
Clifford was united in marriage to Janet Alfaro and they were blessed with five children, Melody, Wendy, Tracy, Junior, and Clinton.
Those left to cherish his memory include his children; Melody Terrell of Oskaloosa, Wendy (Terrell) Leavens of Grinnell, Tracy Terrell of Wisconsin, and Clinton Terrell of Knoxville.
Clifford is preceded in death by his parents, Walter and Francis Terrell; wife, Janet Terrell; and son, Clifford “Junior” Terrell, Jr.
Clifford’s wishes were to be cremated.
