Funeral services for Toni Querrey, 53, will be Wednesday, November 14, 2007 at 2:00 PM at the Pierschbacher Funeral Home in Chariton. Family will receive friends from 6 to 8 PM on Tuesday at the funeral home. Interment in the Goshen Cemetery following the services. Online condolences may be left for the family at www.pierschbacherfuneralhome.com . Toni was born June 1, 1954 in Oskaloosa, to Dwight and Eleanor Des Camps. She graduated from Knoxville High School in 1972. In October of 1988 she was married to David Querrey. She worked at O'Brien Bros, and a jewelry store in Des Moines, but she loved her work with the elderly and had worked at the Lucas County Health Center in Chariton. She had a strong spirit and a loving heart. She was patriotic, very active, enjoyed the outdoors, camping, and was always at peace in a swing or a rocking chair. Toni was one in a million to her family and especially to her grandchildren. She went to be with her Savior November 10, 2007 at the Kavanagh House in Des Moines. Preceding her in death is her father Dwight. Toni is survived by her husband David of Chariton; her mother Eleanor Des Camps of Knoxville; children: Craig Allen of Kansas City, Jacob Ryan of Des Moines, and Eric Mathew of Des Moines; siblings: Richard (Peggy) Des Camps of Cedar Rapids, Myra Kolpin of Newton, Rick ( Linda) Des Camps of Knoxville, Randy (Marilyn) Des Camps of Knoxville, and Audrey (Larry) Bumgardner of Knoxville; step children: Chris (Hannah) Querrey of Chariton, and Shawna (Jered) Van Dyne of Russell; 5 grandchildren; aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
