Jay is survived by his parents: Viola (Jerry) Morton of Fargo and Bill Adcock of Longview, TX; siblings: Mark Adcock of Lincoln, Todd Adcock of Muscatine, Jeremy Morton of Fairmount, MN, Andrea Morton of Indianola, and Shannon (Joe) Allwood of Russell. He is also survived by his grandpa Larry Morton of Melcher, special aunt and uncle; Jim and Mary Mathias, and many nieces, nephews, and friends.
