Crystal "Chris" Hickerson

Crystal Correne Hickerson, daughter of Dick and Ida Kunch, was born January 17, 1958 in Knoxville. Chris graduated from Chariton High School in 1976. In 1978 she was united in marriage with Glen Hickerson and to this union Chad was born. Chris moved to Wayne County for a number of years and most recently lived in Centerville where she worked as a nurse*s aide at the nursing home. Chris was very passionate about animals and was an avid reader. She loved being able to help people. Chris passed away at her home on September 21, 2011 at the age of 53 years. Her brother, Tony Kunch, preceded her in death. She is survived by her son Chad (Kelly) Hickerson; parents: Dick and Ida Kunch; grandchildren: Faith and Jonas; aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
